TRAINING PROGRAMMES

We provide ASNT NDT Level II training and certification in all methods. The training programmes are provided at our well equipped office in Baroda and also conduct in-house training programmes at the Company’s premises.

We provide training in ULTRASONIC TESTING- UT, RADIOGRAPHY TESTING – RT, MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING -MPT, LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING – LPT , EDDY CURRENT TESTING – ET , VISUAL TESTING -VT and INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY TESTING- IT ).

9. Surya Global Steel Pipes Limited, Anjar, Visual Testing Level II. This was the in-house training programme conducted for their QA/QC personnel in their factory.
10. M/S Bombardier Transportation Limited, Baroda. The training was conducted for their Quality Control Personnel and the subject was Liquid Penetrant Testing and Visual Testing.This training was provided at our office in Baroda.

We provide in house training for companies in INDIA and ABROAD for NDT .

We give a set of practice question papers for each subject which covers various aspect of the testing in the engineering industry. These questions are also part of the training and which is given for practice
after the training session.   

The level II training is imparted as per the American Society of Non Destructive Testing recommended practice – SNT-TC-1A

The training hours is as per their recommendation, and the course consists of Theory, Specific and Practical examination. In depth knowledge is provided about the subject and rigorous Practical training is given to every candidate. Practice questions covering the various aspects
in the industry is solved prior to the examination.

The examination is held after completion of the training.

Theory exams consist of 40 objective questions-duration 2 hours.

Specific exams consist of 20 objective questions – duration 1.5 hour.

Practical exam consists of 10 check points along with practical performance- duration 2 hours.

The certificate is valid for a period of 5 years.

NDT SERVICES –
We provide NDT services in the following methods –

5. We also provide NDT services for special jobs. We have experience in TOFD (Time of flight diffraction) of more than a decade.

We have experienced and qualified team of NDT personnels qualified as per ASNT Level II and EN-473 Level II.

PROCEDURE REVIEW AND APPROVALS
We do NDT procedure approvals and review by ASNT Level III and EN-473 Level III qualified NDT personnels in the following methods-
